No special requirements or hoops to leap through, just use the propane for your primary heating or water heating source and we will give you this deal. Installation of the tank and gas piping needed to make a complete and safe system is not included.
In 1948 Spalding Gas was founded by Ed Whatley when he opened his office in a back alley of Griffin. Answering the phone in the mornings and making deliveries in afternoon with one small delivery truck, he grew the business with attentive personal service. Later his wife, Dollie, and two brothers, Alton and Winston, joined him as the business expanded rapidly in the post World War II economic expansion.
Today Ed and Dollie’s son Darrell and his staff serve over 7000 families and businesses in 15 counties in South Metro and North Central Georgia from two locations; 415 West Solomon Street in Griffin and 26 Racetrack Road in McDonough.
